Our story begins in 1868 when Anton Rosell Mestres inherits the estate of Mas Perdut, a farm where the typical Mediterranean crops are cultivated, vineyards, olive trees, almonds and carobs.
Phylloxera arrives in 1892 and causes all vineyards to disappear, so the land is transformed into fields planted with cereals, cotton and tobacco.
Once the civil jar was entered, part of the property was destroyed, losing all the harvest and the farmhouse, and until 1941, Anton Rosell Forcada, was when he tried to recover the farm, but it was not until 1960 that together with his son, Josep Mª Rosell Solé, when the vineyards are replanted again, once the solution has been found in phylloxera.
In 1981 the whole family moved to the estate to live, that is when Josep Mª Rosell Salvó, fourth generation, decides to continue with the cultivation of the lands, causing a change in the philosophy of understanding the cultivation of the vine. and contributing new cultivation techniques, favoring a modernization on the farm.
From the year 2010 Josep Mª Rosell Gracia, fifth generation, has begun the project of the production of the wines. At present he is the winemaker and winemaker, who together with his father work to obtain a premium grape to make unique, authentic wines with the maximum expression of the terroir.
